Phone does look nice & sleek, although the battery cover is very thin & flimsy (it'll be fine once u use a good phone protective cover). Being that this is an android, love all the great free apps that come with it. The camera truly sucks though, only 3.2 mega pixel w/NO flash (hopefully your not planning to use it mainly for self portraits)cuz pic quality is not good at all. Call reception is clear when I talk on the phone...but I have NEVER seen my reception bar more than TWO bars. Supposedly Metro coverage map shows where I live is considered BEST Coverage, yet I never get the whole 4 bars lit up. I have missed a text message (never received it)when I was online--that's no good. Also, cell has NO status light--that means always check your phone to see if you missed a call, otherwise, you will never know if you missed a call/text/voice mail/e-mail. Surfing the web is sloooooooow, so don't expect fast downloads. Overall, this is a decent phone if your looking for simplicity--no annual contract. Oh, & be prepared to wait and wait a loooooong time before a customer service rep can assist you in anyway over the phone. Guess I can't complain much...my monthly bill is always ONLY $50 for unlimited everything.
